Is there any way to run opencppcoverage as VS extension with opencppcoverage arguments?

For example, I don't want to include one of the modules (it contains too much code, that I don't want to ever use) to check. How can I exclude this module? Or, for example, change destination folder of the output file. Where can I find the settings of this extension in VS?
